The Boat House is not suitable for young children. It has underfloor heating and broadband is also provided. Guests can buy our organic honey, eggs, fruit and veg from the walled garden when available and they also have access to our large video library. The rental cost is inclusive of all energy costs, use of the indoor swimming pool, steam and exercise rooms and access to the estate gardens, grounds and woodlands. The estate also has a working farm with lots of animals including horses and our guests can take a carriage drive along the many woodland paths and drives throughout the estate. Abundant wildlife including otters are in the immediate area.
